Why is there no icon «Add to cart»?

Because you have not logged in. Shopping on our pages begins by logging in. In the upper right corner of each page you will find a space to type in your username and password.
After you have successfully logged in, icons "Add to cart" and "View cart" will appear. In order to successfully log in on our pages you have to be a registered user. You only register once on the page Register.

What do categories available, unavailable and available on request mean?

They mark availability of a product. Available product can be ordered immediately; unavailable product cannot be ordered temporarily; product available on request can be ordered only with previous request.

Can I order by phone?

After you have successfully completed the process of placing an order and online payment, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail.

Theoretically not, but if a product has not been prepared or sent out, we will gladly help you.

Yes. In the ordering process you will be asked: „Do you want the recipient to know the identity of the sender?“ Just click NO.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa.

No credit card details come to “Cvijetak Mali” in any form and our employees have no access to them.

When will my credit card get charged?

Although a transaction is successfully made at the moment you provide requested information on the authorization page and click on the „Pay“ button, credit card will not be charged until the date of delivery.

Is the price inclusive of VAT and delivery costs?
|
The price is inlusive of VAT but not of delivery costs. We charge delivery 40 HRK, VAT included.

Is my personal information protected from third parties?
|
All your personal information is protected and strictly confidential. We guarantee not to disclose your personal information to any third parties and not to use them for promotional purposes without your permission.

Is the same day delivery an option?
|
Unfortunately no, it is not possible to order and receive a product the same day. We only take orders for the next day.

Do you deliver on Sunday and holidays?
|
No, we have no delivery on Sunday and holidays.

When do you deliver?
|
We deliver from 12 a.m. till 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 12 a.m. till 4 p.m. If you want delivery at some other time, please call us. We will try to help you if possible.

What if the recipient is not at the specified address at the specified time?
|
If the recipient is not at the specified address at the time specified for delivery, we will call the order placer and offer him/her one of the following options:
o To leave the product at the neighbors' if possible.
o To leave the product at the recipient's doorstep.
o To deliver the product once again and charge the order placer
additional 40 HRK for delivery.
If the order placer cannot be reached by phone within 10 minutes, delivery is considered completed.

What can I do if my order has not been delivered?

Please wait till the time specified for delivery has expired. If by then the order has not been delivered, check your e-mail to see whether we have tried to contact you. If not, please call us or send us an e-mail so we could solve the problem.

Do you deliver outside Zagreb?
|
No, we deliver exclusively in Zagreb.

Are the products identical to those featured on your web site?
|
Our products match their discription when it comes to quality, amount and variety of flowers but they can never be 100 procent identical to their photos on the web site.

What are the reasons that the products cannot be identical to their photos?

We make our best effort to provide the flowers requested, however this is not always possible. Some flowers have a shorter growing season and cannot be available at any time. Flowers featured on our website are in full bloom. However, the flowers you order will be in bud so the person who receives them can longer enjoy their beauty.

Can I order flowers of different color or even of different variety than those featured on your web site?
